DEALERS & ARTIST:

Each booth will come with one (1) table, two (2) chars, and two (2) badges. You may purchase up to 4 booths as well as extra tables and badges.

Each dealer & artist are responsible to pay any and all taxes in the state we do shows in. You must show the proper tax form at time of check in.

All dealers & artist must check in before you can set-up. Badges must be on during set-up or you WILL NOT be allowed in the exhibitors room.

Dealers & Artist ARE NOT allowed to tear down any thing untill end of the show on the last day of the show. Selling is ONLY allowed in exhibitors room. If you are caught selling out side of the exhibitors room, you will be asked to pack up and leave with no refund, unless you are set up out side of the exhibitors hall.  A full copy of our DO'S AND DONT'S will be in your dealer package.  All dealers have untill the first full day of operations to be set up.  This dose not include sneak peek day.  Any dealer & artist that dose not show up by opening day will not get to set up and be part of the show, and WILL NOT get a refund.



FOR ANI-FI ONLY:

All dealers are not allowed to sell any bootleg items.  This includes fan-subs, Sun May CD and unlicensed wall scrolls posters, and plushies.  If a dealer is found to have ANY bootleg items, you will be asked to remove it the 1st time, the 2nd time you will be asked to pack up and leave.

FOR ADULT AND WEAPONS DEALERS

Any dealers that is selling adult and/or weapons, must ask for ID.  NO one under the age of 18 may buy these items.  This is for any and all conventions that we do.  Swords must be put in boxes and are to ask the buyer to take the sword to there car or room.
